Workers from India are human beings and should be treated with dignity and respect. So why are headlines like these all too common?

You’ll find out how 200 low-caste workers were brought over from India by a religious group to build a massive marble temple – all for $1.20/hour! Most of the time, they were forced to work 12-hour days and 7 days a week.

Some might ask themselves: “This is the greatest country in the world … How could this happen here?”

The fact of the matter is that this has been going on for a long time in the tech industry. In fact, the India caste system is alive and well here in America and appears to be one of the driving forces of this abuse.

Our elected representatives here in America need to take note of this – and do everything they can to stop this ugly practice forever.
