Ned buddies up with old business associates to arrange the Infosys deal. While he bragged about creating 1,000 jobs on the campaign trail, he now plays down his part in the deal after being asked whether the knows anything about Infosys’s past record of forcing thousands and thousands of Americans from their jobs.

If our new Governor was the one who conceived the deal, Catherine Smith was its executioner. She outsourced thousands of jobs while she was an exec at Aetna and she recently asked the CT Bond Commission to borrow money for the Infosys payout. Wait a minute, aren’t we just about bankrupt? She hasn’t responded to questions on whether Infosys will replace state IT workers.
Dan Malloy, former CT Governor
Desperate for any shred of good news, Malloy approved of a plan to pay Infosys to come to our state – and put more people out of work. With a big smile on his face, he welcomed the new company to Hartford. Now you know why more people moved out of our state in 2018 than just about any other.
Ravi Kumar, Infosys exec
Ravi Kumar humiliates all his American counterparts, by brokering a deal that gets him millions of state tax dollars in exchange for absolutely nothing. He plans to lead the company in doing what they do best – use inexpensive workers from India (here on an alphabet soup of work Visas) to replace American workers in companies around the state. The best part: He convinced CT to give him $2 million to train his “highly skilled” workers. Well played, sir!
